what is the point of being nice in this world?

straight enough question, and I expect a straight answer. 

The way the mind of the opposite sex works, is beyond me. No, scratch that, it's beyond comprehension.  

I do this, I dissapoint. I do that, you dissapoint. sigh

You try 'do' something for a change.
